Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods: We ship all orders based on weight using UPS or FedEx to ensure reliable delivery. Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
 

  1. FOB Shipping: All shipments are made Free on Board (FOB) from our location. This means ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to you once it leaves our facility. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they have been handed over to the carrier.
     

  2. Lost or Damaged Packages: While we are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order. Contact us if you wish to add insurance and we will add it to your total. If an issue arises, please contact UPS or FedEx directly to file a claim.
     

  3. Processing Time: Many of our items are in stock and if so, usually shipped within 3 days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Some orders take a bit longer to complete and you will be notified via email of estimated completion and shipping times.
     

  4. International Shipping: If you are located outside of the United States, additional fees, duties, or customs may apply. Please ask us about shipping to your country and check with your local customs office for more information.
     

  5. Customer Support: For any questions or concerns about your shipment, feel free to contact us at klanrunda@gmail.com. We are happy to assist you with tracking information or documentation to support your claims with the carrier.
