New Campsite Naming

Things are starting to move faster and faster now as we've been putting in a lot of work behind the scenes. All those boring, but necessary things that have to get done before the big impressive stuff can start. Well, we now have roughed in a road to the top of the ridge where all the campsites will be so the campsites will be needing their names soon. We wanted to let those of you who are part of this Group know that we will be moving the Campsite Naming over to a Group that will be used for all Naming Contests. This Group will be closed out shortly. So please go to the Group called 'Naming Contests' if you wanted to be a part of this. That Group will have all the Naming Contests from animals to campsites to buildings. See you there!

We want your ideas so chime in! As campsites become available, we will be asking everyone to participate in naming each site. Our top three favorite suggestions will earn a coupon for discounted Klan Rúnda wares. Chieftain's Council members will then vote on the winner and the member who was first to suggest the winning name will not only win the coupon, but also a free weekend camping in the site they just had a part in naming. NOTE: This is the only naming naming contest that will be open to anyone. Subsequent naming contests will be for members only.

After the Livestream today we went out to the top of the ridge where primitive campsites will be to do a little cleaning up of the mess Helene made. Wouldn't you know it, we forgot our camera to show you the progress. Let's. just say that camp fire wood will not be a problem when you come camping. We'll get a camera up there again real soon so. you can see the progress. Basically we are cutting a walking. trail to connect five or six campsites and clearing the sites. We will then be building fire rings and some other amenities for our primitive campers to enjoy. As soon as the first site is completely ready, we'll let you know and start a contest to come up with a theme and name for the site. Looking forward to hearing your creative ideas!

Well that's a boring name! As soon as it's ready, we'll take some pictures and ask you to start thinking about naming and theme. Then, we'll open it up for you to start making suggestions and the vote will happen in May! More information on how the campsites will be situated and how many we are planning will be coming as well.
